Arzoo Connor came to the United States in 1996 and became a citizen in the middle of law school. She didn't just study immigration and estate law — she lived it. That personal experience shapes everything about how she practices law and how she treats the families who walk through her door.

Before founding ARC Legal Services, Arzoo served as a JAG officer in the U.S. military, helping service members and their families navigate complex legal matters across the country and overseas. She's seen firsthand what happens when families don't have the right documents in place — and she's made it her mission to change that.
